If an enterprise wants to develop, it needs to have goals to guide it. Most of the goals in our work come from the deployment of the superiors.
How to achieve the goals requires a strategy. For some goals, many managers are often afraid of difficulties and do not know where to start, this is because that there is no an effective way, which requires us to be proficient in the business skills of the position first, to become an expert in this position, we must learn if we don’t know it, and secondly we must play the role of others, ask others for help with humility, as long as we pay more attention, we will definitely find an effective way to achieve it.
In addition to completing the goals assigned by superiors, an excellent person will constantly set goals for himself in his own position, and be able to dare to think, speak, do, make mistakes, eflect and change, then personal ability will gradually be enhanced. Many of our staff repeat the daily work day after day, dare not or do not want to set goals for themselves, stick to the old rules in work, do not want to innovate and finally become mediocrity. There are many such misunderstandings in the work, for a new target and task, a lot of consideration is given in the early stage, and the trade-offs are repeatedly made to try to avoid mistakes, but the delay in taking action will delay the goal.
It’s right to plan carefully, but I think that as long as the direction is correct, we must act fast and adjust as we go, only in this way can we quickly achieve our goals.
