In this lean training, Mr. Liu reviewed and trained on how to implement policy and goal management, how to formulate policy and goals, and how to regularly summarize and review indicators; through this training, we will develop policy and goals, manage and control policy and goals with a further in-depth understanding, as well as tracking and benchmarking of the achievement of the goals in 2022, we have a deeper understanding and understanding of the policy and goal management.


Reflecting on the past, we still have some problems in the management of policies and goals. The policies and goals formulated lack systematicness, relevance and logic. Insufficient consensus was reached, and the measures formulated were not clear, resulting in an unsatisfactory target completion rate.


In response to the problem, we will do a good job in the following aspects in the future:


1. The development of goals must be systematic, relevant, and logical, and the goals set must be challenging.


2. To formulate goals, you need to communicate up and down, and reach a team consensus, and have sufficient confidence in the completion of the goals.


3. Do a good job in daily monitoring, organize the team to summarize the completion of the goal on a monthly basis, analyze through 5why and other methods, give full affirmation to good cases, carefully summarize experience and standardize it in time for reference, and find out the cause of failure if the completion is not good develop improvement measures to prevent similar problems from recurring.


4. Establish a project management mechanism, regularly review goals and projects, carry out various experience sharing activities, organize teams to learn from each other and make progress together, and lay a solid foundation for better completion of various operational indicators in 2023.
