Allwin reading sharing meeting

On January 20th, 2022, Allwin held a reading sharing meeting. 

65 employees participated and shared their learning and practice positively from the perspective of LEAN practice, on-site 5S implementation experience, unlimited teamwork strength, the benefit of reading a book, etc. Some shared the experience and perception of implementing 5S management in packaging storage and as a result improved themselves so much; some shared the book "Supply Chain Quality Defense Line" and applied the knowledge learned in the book to practical work; some shared the process of LEAN production practice which has changed his personality significantly......

Everyone experienced the joy and harvest of lean learning through reading and learning. The company hoped that Allwin and everyone would be better and better in 2022 with this enthusiasm for learning and exploration!
