A two-day paint material queuing area was established for each assembly line to effectively reduce the number of paint plan changes and the backlog of paint work in progress.
5. Standard operation
The main products of the processing unit and assembly line have completed the batching and 5S management of the standard operation line.
6. Improvement of standard operation line
Improved safety & quality and reduced risk of the standard operation line processing unit through the improvement of standard operation line, production efficiency has increased by more than 30%.
