The leadership training in June was about purpose and cohesion, and we did learn a lot of practical management skills. 

Many colleagues in our team have been promoted to leadership positions because of their outstanding business. This study is very simple and clear. We have learned very practical working methods and have more confidence in our ability to lead the team. We need to strengthen our usual training and use of working methods, improve our leadership faster, lead the team well, improve team cohesion, and strive to achieve the team goals set at the beginning of the year despite the severe situation in the second half of this year.
