There are always uncertainties in the process of enterprise development, customer needs are changing, and the general environment is also changing, which requires us to have goals, strategies, and adherence to goal orientation in our work to meet the challenges of the market. 


The company determines the general goal of operation, and the factory converts the general goal of the company into the target of the factory, then determines the corresponding improvement projects, and then decomposes it into the monthly plan, weekly plan and daily plan of the factory, and finally formulates the daily work focus according to the daily plan, so as to ensure the daily work is linked to the goal, and the work results are aligned with the plan and goal, so as to ensure that the work direction does not deviate.


Make it challenging to set goals, set more challenging goals that are beyond your current work capacity, and avoid making goals that can be easily accomplished by raising your hand. Kazuo Inamori said that human abilities have infinite possibilities. After setting goals, we can work hard to learn knowledge, master skills, challenge cognitive blind spots, and achieve our goals by improving the abilities of ourselves and our subordinates.


As the saying goes, all roads lead to Rome. Although there are thousands of roads to success, we must pinpoint the road closest to success. This is to sum up success and reflect on failure, so as to maximize the lessons and experience in a timely manner. Turn it into wealth, provide guidance for us to complete future work better and faster, and avoid detours.


At the same time, we also need to master work skills in management methods. The connotation of management is to manage people and directors, simplifying the complex. The director is to clarify the law of development of things and comply with the law, and the management of people is to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees and always lock the target. , do not forget the original intention, only in this way will the passive become active, and will it improve every day.
